Practice Points

Why we share

Experience provides the opportunity to learn and apply newly earned skills.  In the medical profession, they use the mantra, “Learn, Do, Teach”.  It is important to me to remain up to date on the complexities of the law in criminal defense, and to use all of the tools available to us with the advent of technology, but it’s even more important to share that knowledge to improve the community around me.   Experience does not always lead to improved skill, nor does it assure better performance, but sharing information within the profession is vital to improving our profession and protecting our rights as citizens.  – Jamie Auricchio
