Then they told me the fines.  I had no idea.” – “Jay” in Buffalo[mantra-pullquote align=”left|center|right” textalign=”left|center|right” width=”33%”][/mantra-pullquote]

It can be difficult to figure out what exactly to expect if you plead guilty.  We don’t recommend ever entering a plea of guilty on a moving violation in any Town or Village Court, because they come with points.  When your insurance company discovers you have points on your license, your premiums will increase, and you will be ineligible for most “good driver discounts”.

Our fees are reasonable, and an investment in our representation can save many motorists hundreds.  If you’re really not sure what to do, why not send us a copy of your ticket and we’ll give you a free analysis of your situation.  On your smartphone right now?  Take a picture of it and send it to us that way!

But if you want to know, here’s a list of the most common charges with the fines, surcharges, assessment and points which will result:

If you are searching the internet using search terms like “traffic lawyer in Western New York” or  “attorney to handle my ticket in Western New York”,  we can probably help you out.
